Ingredients
For the Seasoning Rub

Instructions
Mix spices, rub chicken with oil and seasoning.
Add broth, lemon, garlic, and bay leaves to pot; place trivet.
Cook on high pressure 25 min, natural release 15 min.
Remove chicken and let rest for 5 minutes before carving.
Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes for crispy skin.
Strain and save cooking liquid for soups or sauces.
