Instructions
Preheat oven.
Line pan with parchment paper.
Mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, melted butter, and salt for crust.
Press crust mixture into pan and bake until golden.
Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, lime juice, zest, vanilla, and salt until smooth.
Pour filling over crust and bake again.
Let bars cool to room temperature.
Chill in the fridge for 2 hours.
Cut into bars and serve with optional toppings.
