Ingredients
For the Chicken

For the Lemon Butter Sauce

butter

Instructions
Pat chicken dry, pound to even thickness, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Lightly coat in flour.
Heat olive oil in skillet, cook chicken 6–7 minutes per side until golden and 165°F. Remove and tent with foil.
Melt butter in same pan, sauté garlic 30 seconds, add lemon juice and broth, simmer 2–3 minutes.
Return chicken, spoon sauce over top, sprinkle parsley, zest, and thyme. Rest 2 minutes in sauce before serving.
