Ingredients

For the Salmon

  • 4 fillets salmon 6 oz each, skin removed
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

For the Lemon Garlic Sauce

  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 cup lemon juice fresh, about 2 lemons
  • 2 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoon parsley chopped fresh
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

For Serving

  • 1 lemon cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoon parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat salmon dry, season with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder.
  • Heat oil in skillet, cook salmon 4–5 minutes, flip, cook 3–4 minutes more.
  • Melt butter, sauté garlic 30 seconds, add lemon juice, zest, parsley.
  • Return salmon, spoon sauce, cook 1 minute to meld flavors.
  • Garnish with parsley, lemon wedges.
