Ingredients
For the Chicken

For the Lemon Herb Marinade

Instructions
Whisk lemon juice, zest, garlic, herbs, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Coat chicken in marinade, refrigerate 30 minutes to 4 hours.
Heat skillet with olive oil, sear chicken 6–7 min per side, baste with marinade.
Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Let chicken rest 5 min under foil.
Slice and enjoy with favorite sides.
