Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl, cream butter and both sugars until fluffy.
Add egg, vanilla, lemon juice, and zest-lavender mixture; mix until combined.
Gradually blend dry ingredients into wet mixture; chill dough for 30 minutes.
Roll dough into balls, flatten slightly, and place on baking sheet.
Bake 10–12 minutes until edges are lightly golden; cool on rack.
(Optional) Mix glaze ingredients; drizzle or dip cooled cookies, then let set.
