chickpeas
drained and rinsed

Instructions
Drain and rinse well.
Dice cucumber, halve tomatoes, chop onion.
Break into small chunks.
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, zest, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper.
Add chickpeas, cucumber, tomatoes, onion to bowl.
Mix gently with parsley and dill.
Pour over salad, combine gently.
Let sit 15 minutes before serving.
