Instructions
Cut mozzarella into sticks and freeze for 2 hours.
Set up three bowls for flour, egg wash, and breadcrumb coating.
Double coat sticks in flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Freeze again for 30 minutes.
Heat oil to 350°F and fry 3–4 sticks at a time for 1–2 minutes until golden.
Drain on paper towels and cool for 2–3 minutes before serving.
