Instructions

Scoop and roll into balls; place on parchment-lined tray.
Refrigerate truffles for 15 more minutes to set.
Combine white chocolate and coconut oil; heat in 30-second bursts until smooth.
Coat truffles in melted chocolate using a fork or dipping tool.
Add toppings while coating is still soft.
Let truffles rest at room temperature or refrigerate 10 minutes until firm.
