Ingredients

  • 4–5 large Peaches Ripe but firm; sliced into ½-inch wedges
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella Ciliegine or bocconcini, patted dry
  • 24–30 leaves Fresh basil Washed and dried; medium to large size
  • 3–4 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar High quality; optional honey for glaze sweetness
  • 2 tablespoon Honey Optional, for sweeter balsamic glaze
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea salt To taste
  • teaspoon Black pepper Freshly cracked
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil Extra virgin, for drizzling
  • 4 oz Prosciutto Optional for savory variation
  • 8–10 Cherry tomatoes Optional for caprese variation

Instructions

  • Reduce balsamic with honey until syrupy.
  • Slice peaches and pat dry.
  • Drain and dry mozzarella.
  • Wash and dry basil.
  • Assemble: basil, mozzarella, peach on skewers.
  • Drizzle with oil, season, glaze before serving.
