  • 2 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped

  • 1 teaspoon lime zest fresh

Instructions

  • Dice fruits (peaches, mango, tomatoes).
  • Finely chop onion, jalapeño, bell pepper.
  • Add lime juice, zest, salt, pepper, cilantro.
  • Gently mix all ingredients until combined.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Stir again and serve chilled.
