Ingredients

  • 2 large flatbreads store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast shredded or diced
  • ½ cup basil pesto homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Brush flatbread with olive oil.
  • Mix chicken with pesto in a bowl.
  • Spread pesto thinly on flatbread.
  • Add toppings: chicken, mozzarella, parmesan, tomatoes.
  • Bake flatbread for 10–12 minutes until golden.
  • Garnish flatbread with fresh basil and serve warm.
