Ingredients

For the Steak

  • 1 lb ribeye or sirloin steak thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

For the Vegetables

  • 2 large yellow onions sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 8 oz mushrooms sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon butter

For the Bowl Base

  • 4 cups cooked rice or cauliflower rice
  • 2 cups lettuce optional

For the Cheese Sauce

  • 6 oz provolone cheese sliced
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  • Slice steak thinly against the grain; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Sauté onions in butter 8–10 minutes; add peppers and mushrooms; cook until tender; stir in garlic.
  • Heat oil in cast iron skillet; sear steak 2–3 minutes per side until browned; return veggies and toss together.
  • In a small saucepan, melt cream cheese with heavy cream; add Worcestershire; stir in provolone until smooth.
  • Assemble bowls with rice or cauliflower rice, steak-veggie mix, and drizzle with cheese sauce.
