Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl.
Scoop 2 tablespoons of mixture onto baking sheets, flatten slightly, and top with pepperoni.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly around the edges.
Cool 3–5 minutes to crisp, then transfer to platter and serve with marinara.
