  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese use whole milk for best results
  • 0.5 cup mini pepperoni slices or regular pepperoni cut into quarters
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional, for heat

For Serving

  • 0.5 cup marinara or pizza sauce for dipping
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves optional garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, and seasonings in a bowl.
  • Scoop 2 tablespoons of mixture onto baking sheets, flatten slightly, and top with pepperoni.
  • Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and bubbly around the edges.
  • Cool 3–5 minutes to crisp, then transfer to platter and serve with marinara.
