Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add egg, vanilla, and pumpkin puree.
  • Whisk flour, pumpkin spice, baking soda, and salt; combine with wet mix.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and most marshmallows.
  • Scoop dough, bake 10–12 minutes, then top with marshmallows and crumbs.
