Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen peaches or 1 fresh peach, pitted and chopped
  • 0.75 cup fresh raspberries or frozen
  • 0.5 cup vanilla Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for dairy-free
  • 0.5 cup vanilla almond milk or milk of choice
  • 1 medium banana frozen works great for thickness
  • 1-2 tablespoon honey or maple syrup to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 0.25 cup rolled oats optional, for added fiber
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter optional, adds richness & protein
