Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment. Whisk flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then vanilla. Gradually mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Gently fold in marshmallows last. Chill dough balls for 15 minutes.
Scoop dough onto baking sheets. Bake 9–11 minutes until edges set but centers soft. Cool 5 minutes before transferring to racks.
