Ingredients
For Cookie Dough

Instructions
Set oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets.
Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt.
Beat butter and sugars until fluffy.
Mix in eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Slowly add dry mix until just combined.
Warm caramel with cream, cool, then swirl half into dough.
Drop tablespoon-sized scoops onto baking sheets.
Drizzle caramel, sprinkle sea salt, bake 9–11 minutes.
Rest 5 minutes on sheet, then move to rack.
