Ingredients

Main Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Italian sausage sliced into rounds (sweet or spicy)
  • 3 large sweet potatoes peeled and cubed (1-inch pieces)
  • 1 large red onion sliced
  • 1 bell pepper red or yellow, chopped
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets

Seasoning & Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line sheet pan with parchment.
  • Cube sweet potatoes, slice sausage, chop veggies, mince garlic.
  • Toss sweet potatoes, onion, and bell pepper with 2 tablespoon olive oil, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread vegetables on sheet pan, add sausage slices, roast 20 minutes.
  • Mix honey, garlic, and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add broccoli to pan, drizzle glaze, toss gently.
  • Return to oven 10–15 minutes until sausage is golden and potatoes tender.
  • Enjoy hot as a complete one-pan dinner.
