Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9x13 pan with parchment paper.
Mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
Beat in eggs and vanilla.
Mix in dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
Press into prepared pan.
Assembly
Layer Oreos over cookie dough.
Prepare brownie batter: Melt butter, mix in sugar.
Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
Mix in cocoa powder, flour, and salt.
Pour over Oreos.
Bake 45-50 minutes until toothpick has moist crumbs.
