Ingredients
For the Pastry Base

puff pastry
thawed

egg
beaten, for egg wash

sugar

For the Cream Cheese Filling

cream cheese
softened
¼
cup
powdered sugar

teaspoon
vanilla extract

tablespoon
lemon juice
For the Strawberry Topping
1 ½

strawberries
diced

strawberry jam

cornstarch

tablespoon
water
For the Glaze

powdered sugar
2-3
tablespoon
milk

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice until smooth.
Simmer strawberries with jam, cornstarch slurry until thick. Cool.
Roll puff pastry, cut squares, fill with cheese and strawberry mix, fold corners, brush with egg, sprinkle sugar.
400°F for 15–18 minutes until golden.
Rest pastries 10 minutes on rack.
Whisk sugar, milk, vanilla. Drizzle over pastries before serving.
