Ingredients

Main Components

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain, thick
  • 1.5 cups Strawberries diced small
  • 0.25 cup Honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch Salt

Chocolate Coating (Optional)

  • 8 oz Dark chocolate chips or chopped
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon Powdered sugar optional

Optional Add-ins

  • 0.5 cup Granola or crushed nuts
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 0.25 cup Mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Freeze 30 minutes until chocolate sets.
  • Fold in diced strawberries and add-ins.
  • Drop spoonfuls onto parchment-lined sheet.
  • Place sheet in freezer 2–3 hours until firm.
  • Heat chocolate and coconut oil until smooth.
  • Dip frozen clusters in chocolate.
  • Freeze 30 minutes until chocolate sets.
