For the Sweet Chili Glaze

Instructions
Pat chicken dry, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Let rest for 15 minutes.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 6–7 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165°F. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté garlic and ginger for 30 seconds. Add sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar.
Whisk together cornstarch and water, then stir into glaze. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until thickened.
Return chicken to the skillet and spoon glaze over each piece. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Top with chopped green onions, sesame seeds, and fresh cilantro. Serve hot.
