  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano

For the Lemon Herb Butter

  • 4 tablespoon unsalted butter softened
  • 2 tablespoon parsley fresh, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Pat salmon dry, brush with oil, and coat with spice blend.
  • Mix butter, parsley, lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt, and pepper.
