Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Whisk melted butter and sugar, then add eggs and vanilla.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, cocoa, espresso powder, and salt.
Combine wet and dry ingredients to make a smooth batter.
Spread batter in pan and bake for 25–30 minutes.
Let brownies cool completely before topping.
Mix mascarpone, powdered sugar, vanilla, and espresso; fold in whipped cream.
Gently spread mascarpone topping over brownies.
Refrigerate at least 2 hours (overnight for best results).
Dust with cocoa powder just before serving.
