  • 4 large flour tortillas burrito-size works best
  • ½ cup pizza sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 20–24 slices pepperoni or turkey pepperoni for lighter option
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ¼ cup cooked Italian sausage
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

For Serving

  • Extra pizza sauce or marinara

  • Garlic butter sauce

Instructions

  • Lay tortillas flat, spread pizza sauce thinly, leaving border edges.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella, add pepperoni and optional toppings.
  • Tightly roll tortilla like a burrito, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
  • Place rolls cut-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  • Bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until golden. Air fryer: 380°F for 6–8 minutes.
  • Let rolls cool for 2 minutes before serving with dipping sauces.
