Instructions
Lay tortillas flat, spread pizza sauce thinly, leaving border edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella, add pepperoni and optional toppings.
Tightly roll tortilla like a burrito, then slice into 1-inch pieces.
Place rolls cut-side down on parchment-lined baking sheet.
Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Bake at 400°F for 10–12 minutes until golden. Air fryer: 380°F for 6–8 minutes.
Let rolls cool for 2 minutes before serving with dipping sauces.
