Instructions
Oven to 400°F (200°C), line baking sheet with parchment.
In a large bowl, combine turkey, feta, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, dill, onion, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
Form into 20–24 meatballs using scoop or hands; place on baking sheet.
Lightly brush with olive oil; let rest 10 minutes.
Bake 18–20 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
Optional: broil 2–3 minutes for golden finish.
Rest 5 minutes, garnish with herbs, enjoy with sides.
