  • 1 lb ground turkey 93/7 lean
  • 4 oz feta cheese crumbled
  • 1 large egg
  • cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • 1 small onion finely diced

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • 1 lemon zest of
  • 2 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes chopped (optional)

Instructions

  • Oven to 400°F (200°C), line baking sheet with parchment.
  • In a large bowl, combine turkey, feta, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic, parsley, dill, onion, oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  • Form into 20–24 meatballs using scoop or hands; place on baking sheet.
  • Lightly brush with olive oil; let rest 10 minutes.
  • Bake 18–20 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Optional: broil 2–3 minutes for golden finish.
  • Rest 5 minutes, garnish with herbs, enjoy with sides.
