Instructions
Pat shrimp dry and season.
Sear shrimp in olive oil.
Remove shrimp and set aside.
Melt butter in same skillet.
Sauté garlic briefly.
Deglaze with wine.
Add broth and cream.
Stir in tomatoes and seasoning.
Simmer until thickened.
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Add Parmesan and stir until melted.
Return shrimp and toss to coat.
Garnish with basil and serve.
