  • 14 oz yakisoba noodles or 8 oz dried ramen
  • 2 cups cabbage thinly sliced
  • 1 carrot julienned
  • 1 bell pepper sliced
  • 3 green onions chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger grated

Spicy Yakisoba Sauce

  • 3 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1-2 teaspoon chili garlic sauce adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar

Garnishes (optional)

  • Aonori dried seaweed flakes
  • Katsuobushi bonito flakes
  • Pickled red ginger
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Cook and drain noodles.
  • Whisk together sauce ingredients.
  • Stir-fry chicken until golden.
  • Add garlic, ginger, and vegetables to stir-fry.
  • Return chicken, add noodles, pour sauce.
  • Toss everything until coated and heated through.
  • Garnish with green onions, aonori, and sesame seeds before serving.
