Ingredients

Main Components

  • 2 large tortillas whole wheat preferred
  • 1 cup chicken breast cooked, sliced or shredded
  • 1 avocado ripe, sliced
  • 2 cups lettuce washed and dried
  • 1 tomato diced
  • ¼ cup red onion thinly sliced

Flavor Boosters

  • 2 tablespoon lime juice fresh squeezed
  • 2 tablespoon cilantro chopped
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese cheddar or Mexican blend
  • 2 tablespoon Greek yogurt or mayo
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Optional Add-ins

  • 2 strips bacon cooked, crumbled
  • 1 jalapeño seeded, diced
  • ¼ cup corn kernels
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing for drizzle

Instructions

  • Cook or shred chicken breast.
  • Dice tomato, slice onion, wash lettuce.
  • Mash half avocado with lime, yogurt, cilantro.
  • Spread avocado mix on tortillas.
  • Add lettuce, chicken, avocado slices, veggies, cheese.
  • Fold sides, roll tightly, slice in half.
